Phnom Penh— On the morning of September 1, 2025, His Excellency Chea Sereyvath, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), attended a dissemination workshop on the “Strategic Plan for the Development of Financial Technology (FinTech) in the Non-Bank Financial Sector 2024–2028” at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The workshop was presided over by His Excellency Mey Vann, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Non-Bank Financial Services Authority (FSA).

The workshop was organized to disseminate information on the implementation of the “Strategic Plan for the Development of Financial Technology (FinTech) in the Non-Bank Financial Sector 2024–2028,” raise awareness and promote participation from all relevant stakeholders, and ensure effective implementation of this strategic plan in accordance with the key priorities of Royal Government Policy outlined in the Pentagonal Strategy-Phase 1, Cambodia Digital Economy and Society Policy Framework 2021-2035, and FinTech Development Policy 2023-2028.
