Phnom Penh— On the afternoon of September 12, 2025, His Excellency Cheang Vutha, Deputy Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), participated as a panelist in a panel discussion under the topic “Consumer Trust & Digital Identity—The Role of E-Commerce Trustmarks” during the “2nd Cambodia Digital Trade Forum & Online Expo” at Koh Pich City Hall, Phnom Penh. This panel discussion was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, Smart Axiata, and the Asia Development Bank (ADB).

🎯 During the discussion, the panelists discussed topics surrounding e-commerce trustmarks, the role of government and the private sector in enforcing digital identity verification, and best practices in enhancing online consumer protection.
