Cambridge, USA— During the official visit to the United States from October 1 to 3, 2025, His Excellency Chea Sereyvath, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee, led the Cambodian delegation to continue the visit to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and delivered a presentation on the verify.gov.kh platform to explore cooperation with the institution. The verify.gov.kh platform is an official document verification platform that integrates blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to ensure security and trust.

It is worth noting that during the visit to the U.S., the Cambodian delegation also held meetings with Harvard University, Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), Harvard Graduate School of Education, and MIT. The delegation showcased the verify.gov.kh platform as a key driver of Cambodia’s digital transformation. To date, the platform has verified over 2 million digital documents and has become a global platform that is reliable and innovative for digital government development. In addition, the Cambodian delegation emphasized the significant achievements of the verify.gov.kh platform, highlighting its expansion to Laos, the Philippines, and Timor-Leste.
