Phnom Penh— On the morning of October 30, 2025, representing H.E. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Digital Government Committee, His Excellency Chea Sereyvath, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Digital Government Committee (DGC), participated as a distinguished guest and panelist in the Policy Dialogue on “Aligning Innovation with Policy – AI, Sandboxes, UHC and Governance” during the “EuroCham Healthcare Forum and Innovation Exhibition 2025” held at the SUN & MOON Riverside Hotel. The event brought together representatives from government ministries and institutions, healthcare professionals, digital innovators, and financial service providers.

The dialogue was also attended by H.E. Dr. Hok Kimcheng, Director General of Health at the Ministry of Health; H.E. Dr. Taing Ngounly, Executive Director of Techo Startup Center; and Mr. Chhut Lasy Veasna, Deputy Head of the Digital SP Secretariat of the General Secretariat of the National Social Protection Council, and was moderated by Dr. Elias Engelking, Co-Chair of the EuroCham Healthcare Committee, Head of Digital Health at Intercare Health Group, and Health System Advisor at GIZ.
